REMINDER AND CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

The abstract deadline for ECVP '95 in Tuebingen (August 21 - August 25)
is rapidly approaching. Please remember that abstracts have to arrive
in Tuebingen by the 15th of February.
If you did not receive your ECVP mailing by now, please use the
electronic registration form that was sent to CVNET earlier on. If you
don't have it anymore, send email to ECVP@mpik-tueb.mpg.de, and we
will reply with the electronic registration form. Please note that
abstracts CANNOT be sent by email, and that all abstracts have to be
written in the English language.
As usual on these occasions, many of the forms that we sent by regular
mail were returned, because the address was incorrect. If you will
attend this year's ECVP and did not get our mailing, use the electronic
registration forms and we will correct your address in our database
automatically. However, if you are not planning to attend this year's
ECVP, but wish to receive future announcements in the mail, you should
send email to ECVP@mpik-tueb.mpg.de so that we can correct your address
in the ECVP database. Please specify "address correction" as the
subject of your email, and give the full address together with
telephone number, fax number and email account. This will ensure that
you will receive future announcements in a timely fashion.
Deadline for the submission of abstracts is the 15th of February.
There are no abstract forms. Give your full address on the header of
the abstract, plus fax and email address. The abstract should be
concise and contain less than 200 words. Be clear, if in doubt seek
the help of a native speaker. Try to omit references; Perception will
not permit more than 2 references, which should be incorporated in the
text. Three copies of the abstract should be submitted on separate
sheets of paper. Please remember, deadline is the 15th of February
(arrival in Tuebingen). WE MEAN IT! You will be notified about the
status of your abstract by March 30th. Early registration ends on
April 30th, but we encourage you to register even earlier to ensure
preferred hotel accommodation. If you register before March 30th and
your abtract is rejected, we will refund your deposit for the hotel
accommodation.
