*********************************************************

Four-years support is available for a graduate research
assistant to participate in an NEI funded project on
visual adaptation at the University of Nevada, Reno. The
project would provide excellent opportunities to combine
modeling and psychophysics in a well-equipped lab.
Computational skills, C programming, and previous experience
in psychophysics would be assets. UNR is located in
stunning surroundings on the eastern edge of the Sierras.
Interested applicants should apply directly to the
Graduate Program in Experimental Psychology, with a
statement indicating interest in the project and relevant
background. Informal enquiries can be directed to
M.A. Webster, Department of Psychology/296, University
of Nevada, Reno, NV 89557 or to mwebster@scs.unr.edu
