Posner & Cohen (1980 & 1984) talk about asymmetries in the
projections of temporal and nasal monocular hemifields to mid brain
structures. Specifically to the Superior Colliculus. The reference they
give for this is Kaufman (1975). Apart from this reference I can find
no other reference to the existence of such asymmetries. Loathe as I
am to admit defeat on a reference search of this topic, I would
appreciate help from anyone out there who is aware of such a reference
which is more up to date (and detailed) than the Kaufman reference.
