Structure and Function of Retinal Ganglion Cells
Position available immediately to explore parallel organization of retinal
output. Correlations between morphology, physiology and central projections
of ganglion cells will be made in cat retinas in vitro. Methods include
microscopically guided intracellular and extracellular recording, receptive-
field analysis, intracellular staining and retrograde labeling. Experience
with visual neurophysiology, intracellular recording, and computer
programming
