With reference to Paul Sowdens posting regarding Cambridge Research
Systems' and the VSG2/3, Visual Stimulus Generator:

The VSG2/3 is a sophisticated framestore and optional waveform generator,
designed specifically for vision science applications. Complete systems
are now available using the VSG2/3 for contrast sensitivity, colour, and
electrophysiology. Alternatively, the VSG2/3 can be programmed using a
suite of high level functions for C, Pascal, Delphi and Basic. This library
is subject to continual development and is designed for maximum flexibilty
for a variety of vision science applications. A day of start-up programming
is also offered with the VSG2/3 to assist with the establishment of a new
system.
