Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position on a BBSRC funded project to
investigate the role of vertical disparities and vergence state in the perception and
representation of stereoscopic surfaces. The position will be available for up to three
years, commencing 1 February 1996 (or as soon as possible thereafter). Starting salary
up to £18,294 (sterling) according to qualifications and experience. Applicants should
hold (or be about to submit for) a higher degree in Psychology or related field and
should have experience of research in visual psychophysics and/or computational
