--------------------------------------

A postdoctoral position is available to study aspects of visual cognition that
relate to attention, short-term memory, and eye movements. We are interested
in these issues at both a physiological level (i.e., single unit response in
the alert monkey) and a human behavioral level (including the use of clinical
populations). The position is available July 1, 1996. Applicants should have
prior experience in electrophysiology and/or human experimental techniques.
Programming experience would be useful, but is not required. The laboratory
is located in the new state-of-the-art Center for Molecular and Behavioral
Neuroscience. Please send vita, letter of interest, names and phone numbers
of three references to A. Sereno, Center for Molecular and Behavioral
Neuroscience, Rutgers University, 197 University Avenue, Newark, NJ 07102.
