I am interested in your open policy. We do research on laser eye
injury. We have done work in this laboratory on transplantation
of photoreceptors in Rabbit retina and currently investigate
pharmacological treatment modalities for laser eye injury. We
evaluate mililtary laser eye accident cases with regard to
understanding the natural course and diagnosis of such injuries.
I am a research psychologist involved in measurement of vision
and retinal function associated with laser injury. We would like
to explore the possibility of using such transplants in animal
behavioral and other functional models. Hope this is enough to
get started.

Sincerely,
