Postdoctoral position in computational neuroscience
A postdoctoral position is available at the Neurobiology Department
of the Ruhr University Bochum, Germany, in the field of
computational neuroscience. Candidates should have an interest in
the computational modelling of higher brain functions related to the
perception of space and motion. The work will take place in close
collaboration with neurophysiologists. The position is funded by the
Human Frontier Science Program and runs up to 2.5 ys. Salary is up
to $36,000 p.a.
The Ruhr University Bochum has a lively neuroscience community with
several theoretical (Prof. C. von der Malsburg, Prof. W. von
Seelen) and experimental (Prof K.-P. Hoffmann, Prof. U. Eysel)
groups.
