Dear Collegues,

As you know the eyes of flat fishes begin to migrate as soon as the fish reach a
certain length (e.g. 7 mm). The eyes then migrate from their initial left-right
symmetric position to a position on one side of the body, the side that is from
then on the upper side of the fish when it rests on the bottom.

Do you know of any literature or unpublished work on the quality of binocular
vision before, during and after eye migration? I would be very grateful for any
help in this respect. I am not planning any research in this area, but it is of
interest in some of the courses that I teach on biological aspects of vision.
