ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
COLLEGE OF OPTOMETRY
THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY
Applications are invited for a tenure-track position of Assistant Professor
of Optometry and Physiological Optics, starting July 1, 1997. The position
requires the O.D. or equivalent degree and an advanced academic degree.
Responsibilities will include teaching a two quarter sequence in ophthalmic
optics. Clinical responsibilities will include the teaching of ophthalmic
materials and dispensing, and effective interaction with the College's
ophthalmic prescription services. It is expected that the faculty member
will conduct research, and be competitive in attracting external funding.
