ENA Neuroscience Forum 1998 in Berlin: Call for Symposia

The European Neuroscience Association (ENA) has given me the opportunity to
send out a LIMITED NUMBER of CALLS FOR SYMPOSIA dealing with visual
neuroscience in general and VISUAL PSYCHOPHYSICS in particular, to be
presented at the EUROPEAN FORUM OF NEUROSCIENCE in 1998 in Berlin.
Following my suggestion at their business meeting in 1996 here in
Strasbourg, to which I had been invited as organizer of ECVP 1996, ENA has
opened the 1998 Forum to visual psychophysics and especially invites YOUNG
VISION SCIENTISTS to participate. To encourage young scientists, *STIPENDS*
covering the registration fee and accommodation at the forum hotel will be
available in 1998 for qualified, young students and scientists.
Anyone who would like to apply to be the organizer of a SYMPOSIUM that
relates to VISUAL PSYCHOPHYSICS at the EUROPEAN NEUROSCIENCE FORUM in 1998
in Berlin is invited to send me her/his name and address, as well as a
proposal for a topic, and names of potential speakers. On the basis of the
number of calls for symposia that I have at my disposal, I will then send
you more information about the application procedure and the address of the
office to which your application should be sent to.
