CVNet - query on vision contrast test system

Subject: Vision Contrast Test System

I have a question regarding the company that manufactures the Vision
Contrast Test System (a large, wall-hanging test instrument). The name
on the instrument is Visitech Consultants, of Dayton, Ohio, yet I cannot
find them in Dayton directory assistance, on the web anywhere, or in 800
directory assistance. Has anyone out there recently ordered the product,
or know anything about how one might?
