Postdoctoral Position Available at MIT/MGH - fMRI Investigations of
Higher-level Vision.

My lab uses fMRI and other techniques to investigate human visual
attention and the recognition of faces, objects, and scenes. A postdoc in
the lab will be expected to collaborate on a number of existing projects
but will also have wide lattitude to explore a range of questions about
higher-level vision. This postdoc will be based both in my new lab in the
Department of Brain and Cognitive Sciences at MIT, and a mile away at the
MGH-NMR Center in Charlestown, Mass. Candidates need not have prior
experience with functional brain imaging, but should have a strong
background in at least two of the following: human neuroanatomy,
statistics, cognitive neuroscience, and visual neurophysiology. Qualified
applicants should send CVs and names of references to Nancy Kanwisher,
Dept of Psychology, Harvard University, 33 Kirkland St, Cambridge, Ma
