PERCEPTION: The Department of Psychology at the UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS at
Urbana-Champaign is seeking candidates for a tenure-track position in any
area of perception (Ph.D. required). The position is expected to be at the
Assistant Professor level, but more senior candidates with exceptional
records are welcome to apply. The primary criteria for appointment will be
excellence in research and teaching. The position will begin August 21,
1998. Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications. Interested
