VIDERE: A JOURNAL OF COMPUTER VISION RESEARCH
First issue now available at http://mitpress.mit.edu/e-journals/Videre/
Editors: Christopher M. Brown, University of Rochester
Giulio Sandini, University of Genova
The MIT Press is pleased to announce the launch of VIDERE, a new refereed,
archival Internet journal of computer vision. Beginning with the
publication of Volume 1:1, the entire content of VIDERE will be freely
available until March 1, 1998.
VIDERE's on-line format allows (and the editors encourage) the submission,
distribution and archiving of several forms of contribution that are not
possible in traditional paper journals, such as reference image data, image
sequences, interactive (Java) demonstrations, source code, and questions for
authors.
