POSITION AVAILABLE
Post-Doctoral Research-Associate
Psychophysics of Vision and Attention
Human Information Processing Laboratory
Departments of Cognitive Sciences and Psychobiology
University of California, Irvine

Basic research in processes of vision (particularly motion and
texture perception) and visual attention. Involves both experimental
and theoretical work and, possibly, brain imaging (EEG, MEG, fMRI).
Facility with math and computers (C, UNIX) is essential; DOS, C++ desirable
Begin ASAP
Expected Duration is two years, with possible additional years if the work
is successful
