Measurement Course on Photometry, Radiometry and Colorimetry .
The Photometry, Radiometry and Colorimetry Course is one of an ongoing
series of measurement courses presented by the NRC nstitute for National
Measurement Standards concerning the measurement of basic physical
quantities. This is a three-day course designed to present the basic
concepts, instrumentation, measurement procedures and standards used in
photometry, radiometry and colorimetry. Tours of the NRC photometry,
radiometry and colorimetry laboratories and an exhibit of equipment from
several manufacturers, are also scheduled. The course registration fee
is CDN $800 and includes all taxes, a copy of the lecture notes, coffee
and lunches for three days, and a wine and cheese reception on April
1st. The Photometry/Radiometry and Colorimetry sections of the course
are also offered separately at a cost of CDN $600 and $400,
respectively.
