I want to measure CSFs using a pc (with gamma screen correction).
Is anyone using pcs to measure CSF before and after a treatment,
without dark adaptation? I realise that CSFs tested without dark
adaptation will not give absolute measures but is it acceptable to
use before-after comparisons to look at *change* in visual function?
(obviously, using the same background illumination conditions
in "before" and "after" sessions)
Thanks.------------------------------------------------------
