Due to a newly acquired Research Grant from the Welsh Office for
Research & Development we are looking for a clinically qualified
Research Optometrist for a glaucoma study. The project is designed to
evaluate digital retinal imaging in the diagnosis of glaucoma. The
Research Optometrist will be based at The Department of Optometry &
Vision Sciences where the project will be carried out under joint
supervision with Mr James Morgan of the Department of Ophthalmology,
University Hospital of Wales. The study is of 2 years duration and
would be appropriate for a post doctoral candidate or other research
orientated optometrist.
