Phd Studentship, University of Bradford, Department of Optometry.

Applications are invited for a 3 year fully-funded research studentship
with Dr David Keeble in the field of human visual psychophysics, commencing
1st October 1998.

General topics of research are:
1) Segmentation and Grouping in Texture Perception
2) Mechanisms of Spatial Localization
3) Assessing the Spotlight Model of Spatial Attention

Candidates must be European Union residents and have (or expect to have) at
least a 2:1 honours degree. Appropriate first degree subjects include
psychology, optometry, maths, physics, biology and engineering.
