POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP
Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia, invites
applications for a limited number of Postdoctoral Fellowships. Up to four
(4) fellowships will be
awarded to enable individuals to undertake high quality research in a
University Research Centre, one of which is the Centre for Eye Research.
The research activities of the Centre for Eye Research encompass the
clinical, theoretical and applied aspects of visual science. These
Fellowships can be taken up in areas which include: ocular aberrations,
characteristics of accommodation; low vision assessment and mobility
studies; visual performance and driving, particularly in the elderly; and
refractive error development.
A Postdoctoral Fellowship normally will be awarded to person who has less
than five years full-time professional experience since being awarded their
PhD. The duration of the fellowship normally will be up to two years.
Salary: AUD $41,118 to AUD$44,214 per annum depending on qualifications and
experience.
