Department of Psychology
The Department of Psychology at New York University seeks to make three or
more tenured or tenure-track appointments in the following areas, subject
to administrative and budgetary approval:
1) CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY: senior clinical researcher to serve as Director of
Clinical Training
2) ORGANIZATIONAL/SOCIAL PSYCHOLOGY: probably group processes and
inter-group relationships or cross-cultural psychology
3) QUANTITATIVE PSYCHOLOGY: any substantive area
4) COGNITIVE-NEURAL PSYCHOLOGY
The rank of the last three positions is open, but junior applicants are
especially sought. Visiting positions may also be available. Recruits
will join a diverse research faculty with training programs in clinical,
cognition and perception, community, developmental, industrial/
organizational, quantitative, and social psychology. For more
