TWO TENURE-TRACK POSITIONS: BEHAVIORAL NEUROSCIENCE & PERCEPTION/COGNITION

The Department of Psychology invites applications for two tenure-track
positions at the level of Assistant Professor, one in the area of
Behavioral Neuroscience and the other in the area of cognition and/or
perception. Persons with post-doctoral training who have an active
ongoing research program in behavioral neuroscience or in cognition or
perception are encouraged to apply. The positions will begin July 15,
1999 pending budgetary approval.
The Department has 34 tenure-track faculty positions and offers
both an M.A. and Ph.D. degree in addition to B.Sc. and B.A. programs.
The graduate program provides a clinical training stream that is fully
accredited by CPA and APA. The principal areas of research in the
department are behavioral neuroscience, cognition and perception, life span
development from infancy to aging and psychopathology. Included among the
Department's active research programs are two major research centres, the
Center for Research in Human Development and the Center for Studies in
Behavioral Neurobiology.
