RESEARCH ASSISTANT
A research assistant position is available immediately in the Brain and
Vision Research Laboratory and the Neurovisual Clinic of the Department of
Biomedical Engineering and Neurology, Boston University.
The applicant should have experience in vision research or cognitive
psychology. General goals are to study (a) the effects of lesions on visual
motion perception and recovery in neurological patients and (b) functional
plasticity in the normal human brain.
Experience in running experiments and data analysis is a plus. Previous
experience with Macintosh computers and Microsoft office software (Word,
Powerpoint, Excel) and data plotting software packages is also a plus. Good
communication skills and excellent command of english are necessary.
