Applications are invited for a post-doctoral position supported by an NEI
Training Grant to the Houston Area Vision Research Training Program - a
unique, collaborative effort involving a large number of experienced vision
researchers
located at The University of Texas Health Science Center and The University of
Houston College of Optometry. The research areas include:
o epidemiology and molecular biology of retinal diseases
o retinal circuitry, cell biology, neurophysiology, and confocal microscopy
o psychophysics, amblyopia, binocular vision and eye movements
o optics and refractive error
o central visual pathways
