Applications are sought for a three year postdoctoral position, =
commencing September 1999 (negotiable) funded by the U.K. Biotechology =
and Biological Sciences Research Council. The project will use a double =
Purkinje eye tracker system to record binocular eye movements in visual =
search and other tasks in real and simulated three-dimensional visual =
scenes. The work will be carried out in the laboratories of the Durham =
Centre for Vision and Visual Cognition. Applicants are expected to have =
a) a higher degree in psychology or a related subject, b) experience in =
running computer controlled experiments in visual or oculomotor science, =
c) programming experience and competence in C or a similar language.
Salary will be on the R.A. 1A scale up to =A3 17570 p.a. and is subject =
