Dear Prof. Chan,

I should be grateful if you would post the following ad on CVNet. Many
thanks - Ed Chronicle

********

A postdoctoral position is available from September 1, 1999 to work with Ed
Chronicle and Wim Mulleners in the Unit for Mental Health and Neural
Systems Research (Lancaster University, UK, and Atrium Medical Center,
Heerlen, The Netherlands). The project is investigating the functioning of
primary visual cortex in patients with migraine, using both psychophysical
and neurophysiological techniques. The vacancy would be ideal for anyone
with interests in clinical research who has some experience with
psychophysical testing (although training will be provided if necessary).
A sympathetic and tactful manner with patients is a prerequisite. For
further details of the post, please see
http://www.jobs.ac.uk/jobfiles/EA044.html or alternatively, interested
persons are strongly encouraged to contact Ed Chronicle for informal
discussions. Please note that finishing graduate students who have yet to
complete their thesis are welcome to apply.
