CALL FOR PAPERS
VISION SCIENCE AND ITS APPLICATIONS TOPICAL MEETING
FEBRUARY 11-14, 2000
SANTA FE, NM.

This Optical Soceity of America Topical Meeting provides a forum for discussion of current research and other advances in Vision Science. Presenters and attendees at this meeting will represent a broad cross section of academic, research, clinical and industrial communities. Papers relevant to any aspect of Vision Science may be submitted for review by the Program Committee. The topics will include (but not limited to):

Psychophysical and electrophysiological analysis of ophthalmic disorders, development and aging.
Measurement of visual performance
Low vision research
Perimetry
Advances in imaging techniques including SLO, MRI, PET, densitometry, etc.
Computational and mathematical modeling
Optical correction of refractive errors
Ophthalmic Optics (e.g., progressive addition lenses, design, quality measures, low vision lenses, intraocular and multifocal lens designs and performance).
Developmental studies of myopia
Color Vision (basic and clinical)
Head mounted displays and perception
Clinical Outcomes

A special evening talk will be given by Prof. J. Werner on Color Vision and Aging.
