Chair and Reader in Psychology
Department of Psychology
Applications are invited for two senior academic posts in psychology. A
Chair and a Readership are available, but appointment to one or both posts
may be made at Senior Lecturer or Lecturer level. People of all levels of
experience are therefore invited to apply. The successful applicants will
be expected to provide strong research leadership within this dynamic and
expanding 5-rated department. Applications from those with a strong
research record in any area of psychology are welcome and will be
considered carefully.
Salary for the Chair will be negotiable within the professorial range
(minimum £36,401). Salary for the Reader (or more junior post) will be at
the appropriate level on the academic scale. London Allowance of £2,134 a
year will also be payable.
