    Research Fellow in Visual Perception

    Applications are invited for the above post in the Department of Psychology.
    The successful candidate will have a higher degree in a subject relevant to
    computational or psychophysical studies of human vision, and will work in
    collaboration with Professor Roger Watt in the study of applications of the
    theory of visual processing to common visual tasks. Applicants with a
    background in mathematics are particularly sought.

    The salary will be within Grade 1A of the Research & Analogous Staff Salary
    Scale £16,286 - £24,479 p.a., with starting salary around
    £18,185p.a..depending on qualifications and experience.
