Apologies for sending out the large attachment. I didn't realize it
was there until it got released. For the time being,
the CVNet policy is to not include binary file attachments.
Some of the issues with file attachments include making sure that
everybody has the necessary software to process and read them and
the cost of transmitting large amounts of data through some parts
of the Internet.
I invite input from the CVNet membership to see if we can come up
with a reasonable solution to this particular issue. When used
judiciously, binary file attachments can add an important extra
dimension to group communications through our mailing list.
