    Abstracts (max. 300 words, cf ARVO guidelines), containing
    purpose, materials and methods, results and conclusions can be
    sent by e-mail message, mail or fax to the Organizing
    Committee <bold>before May 31st</bold>. Notice of acceptance will be
    given by June 15.

    Ergophthalmologic papers not strictly belonging to the congress
    theme are also welcome.

    <color><param>0000,0000,0000</param>Prior to this IES meeting the European Conference on Visual
    Perception will be held in Groningen, the Netherlands from
    August 27 to 31st. The IES meeting will be followed by the
    fourth European Low Vision Conference Eurosight 2000 in
    Veldhoven, the Netherlands on Sept. 4-6, 2000.<color><param>0100,0100,0100</param>
