SENSATION/PERCEPTION. Bucknell University anticipates a possible one-year
sabbatical replacement beginning in August, 2000. Ph.D. preferred but ABD
considered. The 3:3 teaching assignment will be drawn from courses in
sensation/perception, statistics, part of a team-taught general psychology
course, and an interdisciplinary senior seminar. The ability to involve
undergraduates in research is desirable. Salary and benefits are
competitive. Bucknell is a highly selective, primarily undergraduate,
institution combining a strong liberal arts tradition with characteristics
of a comprehensive university. Situated in an attractive setting, Bucknell
supports an active cultural life that can be supplemented with visits to
New York, Washington, Philadelphia or Baltimore, each of which is within a
