Neural Information Processing Systems--Natural and Synthetic
(NIPS*2000) will be held in Denver and Breckenridge, CO, Nov. 27 -
Dec. 2.

    Tutorials and Banquet (Denver) : Mon. Nov. 27
    Conference (Denver) : Tues. Nov. 28 - Thurs. Nov. 30
    Workshops (Breckenridge Ski Area): Fri. Dec. 1 - Sat. Dec. 2

This is the fourteenth meeting of an interdisciplinary conference
which brings together researchers interested in all aspects of neural
processing and computation. The conference will include invited talks
and oral and poster presentations of refereed papers. The conference
is single track and is highly selective.

Major categories for paper submission are:

  Cognitive Science/Artificial Intelligence
  Implementations
  Neuroscience
  Reinforcement Learning and Control
  Speech and Signal Processing

  Visual Processing

The paper submission deadline is May 19. The submission deadline for
workshop proposals is May 26.
