    Clinical Tutors
    (One Year Term)

    Department of Optometry and Vision Science
    Applications are invited for Clinical Tutors in the Department of Optometry
    and Vision Science, The University of Auckland. You will be expected to
    undertake clinical tutoring duties in the undergraduate clinics during the
    teaching year and, in non-teaching time, clinical service in the Optometry
    Clinic and its satellites. You should hold an optometry qualification which
    is recognized for registration as an optometrist in New Zealand. You will be
    appointed for one year.
    The level of appointment and salary will be in accordance with your
    qualifications and experience.

    A SENIOR LECTURESHIP / LECTURER IN OPTOMETRY
    Department of Optometry and Vision Science
    The University of Auckland. New Zealand

    The University invites applications and expressions of interest for this
    position. The Department of Optometry and Vision Science is a department in
    the Faculty of Science and conducts a four year undergraduate course leading
    to the degree of Bachelor of Optometry and postgraduate studies for the
    degree of Master of Science (Optometry) and Doctor of Philosophy. The
    successful candidate will be required to assume responsibility for teaching
    duties in the BOptom course and supervision of postgraduate students.
    Applicants must have an optometric qualification and a higher degree in
    Optometry, Visual Science or a related discipline. It is expected that the
    successful applicant will have a strong record of research and teaching in
    experimental or clinical optometry.
