    Postdoc or Research Assistant at MIT:

    What makes wax look waxy? What makes a pearl look pearly? We are
    looking for a smart, creative person to join a project in the
    perception of materials and surfaces. The ideal candidate would be
    knowledgeable in at least two of these areas: human vision, computer
    vision, image processing, or computer graphics. Good programming
    skills are essential. Research team includes Edward Adelson, Whitman
