A postdoctoral position is available in our visual system neuroscience lab.
We are studying neuronal circuitry, primarily in the visual cortex. We use
elaborate stimulation techniques and quantitative approaches to
study how visual information is encoded and transmitted. An attempt is made
to relate neuronal activity to perceptual events. Current areas of interest
include the neural basis of binocular vision, contrast encoding and
processing, and receptive field organization. Our web site (address below)
contains more details of our work and lists recent papers.
