    The conference will include 24 invited tutorials and lectures, and 112
    contributed lectures and posters by experts on the biology and technology
    of how the brain and other intelligent systems adapt to a changing world.

    The conference is aimed at researchers and students of computational
    neuroscience, connectionist cognitive science, artificial neural networks,
    neuromorphic engineering, and artificial intelligence.

    A single oral or poster session enables all presented work to be highly
    visible.

    The 4-day conference will be preceded by a one-day conference on Tuesday,
    May 23 at which 11 speakers will report on their recent research as part
    of a celebration of the Tenth Anniversary of the Department of Cognitive
    and Neural Systems at Boston University. This celebration is free and
    open to the public.
