    Subject: Job Announcement - Assistant Professor Tenure-track, McMaster University

    The Department of Psychology at McMaster University seeks to hire an
    outstanding faculty member in the area of Experimental Psychology. The
    position will be open to candidates in the areas of Perception, Cognition,
    Neuroscience, Development, and Animal Behaviour whose research
    complements that of the department's current members
    (www.science.mcmaster.ca/psychology). The candidate will have a Ph.D.,
    strong record of research, and excellent teaching skills. The position will
    commence July 1, 2001. The chosen candidate will be nominated for an NSERC
    University Faculty Award (www.nserc.ca/programs/sf/UFA_e.htm) and must
    meet the NSERC eligibility criteria for this award. NSERC stipulates that
    nominees for the award must be a women and a Canadian citizen or permanent
    resident.
