    I have used EOGs for years, and I can confirm that the accuracy is not very
    good. Also, you will runinto potential problems with DC, which here
    translates into absolute positions, because the EOG shows drifts over time.
    If these problems can be solved, then it would be by Dr. Frank Behrens in
    Germany.
    I think he has gone as far with EOPGs as anyone. You can contact him at
    "fbehrens@wotan.CS.Uni-Magdeburg.De". He may even have experience with EOGs
    in driving situations, - I am not sure, though.
