    Four PhD studentships are available to join the Wellcome Trust =
    Laboratory for Magneto-encephalographic (MEG) Studies at the =
    Neurosciences Research Institute, Aston University. This is the foremost =
    MEG group in the UK and offers world-class facilities for research in =
    this exciting and dynamic young research field. The project areas =
    include: (1) Cortical plasticity within human vision; (2) Cross-modal =
    interactions between vision, attention and action; (3) Photosensitive =
    epilepsy; and (4) Development of methods to co-register MEG and fMRI =
    data. Students with a first degree in a pure or applied science are =
