    My own recollection is that Fred used those figures in his paper in
    INFORMATION THEORY IN PSYCHOLOGY, H. Quastler, ed., Basic Books, 1956
    (or thereabouts) The book, long out of print, is still a
    stimulating and provocative collection of papers.
