A postdoctoral position exists in the laboratory of Dr. Marcello Rosa,
as part of a project funded by the Australian Research Council. The
laboratory studies the mammalian visual system, and has a research
program including analyses at the cellular, systems, and psychophysical
levels. The successful applicant will participate in a project involving
the functional analysis of cortical visual areas by means of single-unit
electrophysiology and optical imaging, whilst being encouraged to pursue

and will be made on the ARC Research Associate scale (A$42,000-
