The key job skills will include:
- Matlab programming is essential.
- Knowledge of basic vision science is required (visual
psychophysics, anatomy and physiology of the visual system,
theory and computational models).
- Experience designing and performing psychophysical experiments
is preferred.
- Experience with fMRI is desirable but not required.
The start time is negotiable, but no later than June 1, 2000. Salary
level will depend upon the applicant's experience, but will be no less
than $26,000 per year. Stanford University is an equal opportunity
