Postdoctoral Associate in Vision at the University of Minnesota

 This research position is available to study human vision, with a special emphasis on higher-level visual processes including visual object recognition and vision for action. Applicants must have a Ph.D., preferably in Psychology or Cognitive Science. Research experience in psychophysics of vision and action, and theoretical modeling of perception is desirable. The successful applicant will play a key role in all aspects of the grant-mandated research plan. The research will be conducted in the Vision Research Laboratories of the University of Minnesota under the direction of Drs. Daniel Kersten and Gordon E. Legge.
 
 Salary: $30,000 to $35,000 per year depending on qualifications and experience. This ad is also available on the Department Website at http://psych.umn.edu. The appointment is as a Postdoctoral Associate and is for 12 months at 100% time with possible continuation based on funding and performance. The position is available immediately.
