CALL FOR PAPERS FOR THE 16TH INTERNATIONAL
SYMPOSIUM OF THE IES AT AMSTERDAM, FRIDAY 1ST
SEPTEMBER 2000.

Theme: Visual Activities and Ageing
Venue: The Netherlands Ophthalmic Research Institute (NORI).
Address below.

Abstracts (max. 300 words, cf ARVO guidelines), containing
purpose, materials and methods, results and conclusions can be
sent by e-mail message, mail or fax to the Organizing Committee
before May 31st. Notice of acceptance will be given by June 15.
Ergophthalmologic papers not strictly belonging to the congress
theme are also welcome.

Prior to this IES meeting the European Conference on Visual
Perception will be held in Groningen, the Netherlands from August
27 to 31st. The IES meeting will be followed by the fourth European
Low Vision Conference Eurosight 2000 in Veldhoven, the
Netherlands on Sept. 4-6, 2000.

The congress fee will be 25 EURO including lunch and beverages
for registration before August 1st (address organizing committee).
After that date registration fee will be 40 EURO. Hotel reservations
