    Research Assistant
    Indiana University School of Optometry

    A full-time position for a research assistant is available at Indiana
    University School of Optometry. The position is funded by a research
    grant from the National Eye Institute. The goal of the research
    project is to study the limiting factors and potentialities of
    peripheral vision in relation to reading. Applicants should hold a
    B.S. degree in vision science, optometry, psychology or other closely
    related fields. Experience in visual psychophysics and/or computer
    programming is highly desirable. This position is ideal for someone
    who is interested in gaining some research experience (especially in
    the areas of visual psychophysics or low vision) before going on to
