EPSRC-Funded PhD Studentship
Visual Perception
Applications are invited from graduates with a first or upper second class
honours degree to undertake a PhD funded by the EPSRC. The subject of
research is the psychophysics of the human visual system - specifically
texture perception, spatial localization or attention. Knowledge of
experimental psychology useful but background involving mathematical or
computer skills as important. Among others, candidates with a first degree
in psychology, physics, engineering, physiology, optometry, biology and
computer science are encouraged to apply.
Candidates should be EU citizens.
The starting date will be October 2000 or as soon as can be arranged.
