The Center for Neuroscience and the Section of Neurobiology, Physiology and
Behavior, in the Div. of Biological Sciences, University of California,
Davis, invite applications for a Systems Neuroscientist at the assistant,
associate or full professor level, to begin July 1, 2001. Specialization
within the areas of vision, auditory, sensory, single cell, or related
neuroscience is open. We are particularly interested in faculty who can
work in conjunction with the Calif. Regional Primate Research Center,
located at UC Davis. Applicants will be expected to demonstrate leadership
in their research specialty, obtain extramural funds, and teach systems
neuroscience courses at both graduate and undergraduate levels. Candidates
must possess a Ph.D. or M.D. degree.
